ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills                           Open Enrollment

This program allows open entry to practicing team leaders who aim to become more effective and confident in their role. The Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills provides support for new and aspiring team leaders – helping them make the transition from working in a team to leading a team. The program is assessed by the ILM©.

Participants in the Level 2 Award, will be required to complete specific ILM designed assignments. All assignments will have a practical focus and as such participants should be working in a relevant position or workplace environment.

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management                     Open Enrollment

This program allows open entry to individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. The Level 3 Qualifications in Leadership and Management seeks to support practicing team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organizational change, budget cuts or other pressures. The program is assessed by the ILM©.

The Level 3 Award will require the completion of specific ILM designed assignments which will have a practical focus and as such participants should be aspiring toward or be working in a relevant position or workplace environment.
