The CBP Program consists of five required modules and is offered by the International Business Training Association (IBTA). IMPT is the exclusively authorized training partner for the CBP Programs in the Cayman Islands.

The CBP Professional credential is for professionals who desire to possess the foundation business skills required to support and lead today’s organizations. These foundation skills are required by major institutions and organizations as a measure of competency.
Candidates are required to pass one of the CBP Professional exams to be accredited with the CBP Professional designation. CBP Professional training courses lead to CBP Professional certifications such as:
- Business Communications
- Customer Service
- Leadership
- English Grammar for Business
- Business Management
- CBP Project Management
Participants who opt not to take the certification exams will receie a certificate of participation from IMPT.

The CBP Executive credential is for professionals who wish to demonstrate expertise in all five (5) CBP foundation courses:

- Business Etiquette
- Leadership
- Customer Service
- Sales
The CBPe is a business executive who has developed a wide cross-section of business skills and can also integrate into a variety of positions within corporations.
Candidates are required to pass all five of the foundation-level Certified Business Professional exams to be accredited with the CBP Executive designation.

CBP Master Executive
The CBP Master Executive program is for candidates who wish to specialize and gain mastery in specific business skills segments such as Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, English Grammar, and Tourism and Hospitality. The CBPme is a business executive who possesses core business skills and has achieved mastery in a specific business field.
To achieve the CBP Master Executive designation, candidates must complete all five foundation-level Professional exams and pass one of the following CBP elective certifications offered by IMPT:

- Business Management
- English Grammar for Business
- Tourism and Hospitality
- Human Resource Management
